The International Lounge features private meeting rooms, dedicated WiFi access, and many other services included badge pickup, interpreters available by request, private meeting rooms available by appointment, and more. Stop by, take a break and enjoy an espresso or a cup of tea in a relaxed atmosphere with other racing industry businesspeople from 72 countries.

Interpreters from several countries are available by appointment at no charge. Stop by the front desk in the International Lounge for more information.

International travel doesn’t need to be difficult. PRI welcomes international visitors and is available to assist when possible. In addition, check with your government for current travel information and requirements. Call 949.499.5413 for more information.

Visas are required for all international travel into the United States. If your country requires a Visa letter, please contact the PRI office at +1 949.499.5413 for assistance. Once you have registered for the Show, a Visa letter may be issued on your behalf.

The average temperature for Indy in December is 37°F to 46°F. The convention center, downtown hotels and parking garages are connected by a network of closed walkways to facilitate city access even on the coldest days. Check online for the latest reports.
