Member Track Network

MemberTrackNetwork.com has launched a new online hub built to connect members with a reciprocal track program that is designed to improve and expand opportunities for track access.

The site will offer a system to request and manage track-time requests, a list of participating and reciprocal facilities that welcome cars and motorcycles, plus tools for connecting with tracks and event planning. The site will always require financial contributions from member tracks that will be reinvested into the not-for-profit program, program officials said.

"For too long, drivers and riders have relied on scattered processes to access their favorite facilities. Nearly all membership-based tracks have some sort of reciprocity in place with other facilities," program officials said in a statement announcing the site's launch. "MemberTrackNetwork.com creates a central point of connection, helping ensure that tracks are supported, members are verified and access is fair and efficient."

Cadillac Formula 1 Team

The Cadillac Formula 1 Team announced that nine-time NTT INDYCAR SERIES race winner Colton Herta will serve as a test driver as the team prepares to join the Formula 1 grid for the 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship season.

For Herta, 25, the 2026 season will mark a return to the European racing ranks. He made his European racing debut in 2015. Over a two-year period, he secured four victories, six podium finishes and five pole positions in the Euroformula Open Championship and went on to compete in six British F3 events, earning three podium finishes, including a victory at Brands Hatch, before returning to America in 2017.

Coming off his seventh INDYCAR season, Herta has recorded nine wins, 16 pole positions and led more than 1,000 laps in his 116 career starts. He also holds the title of youngest driver to win an INDYCAR SERIES race and pole position, a feat he achieved in 2019 at the Circuit of the Americas – home of the F1 United States Grand Prix. In addition to a successful INDYCAR career, Herta has scored multiple IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship class wins at the Rolex 24 at Daytona (2019 and 2022) and an overall win at the 12 Hours of Sebring in 2024.

Transitioning into a new role within TWG Motorsports, Herta is the first test driver named by the Cadillac Formula 1 Team, following the announcement last month that experienced F1 duo Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez will form the team’s first-ever race driver line-up during its debut season next year.

Ford has announced that its performance division will now operate under the name Ford Racing, marking a renewed commitment to aligning motorsports programs with the development of production vehicles, the company said.

The acquisition includes 16 cars and equipment, opening up new opportunities for customer programs and specialty racing events.

GMS Race Cars has acquired the vehicle fleet and equipment formerly used in the Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) from Ray Evernham Enterprises. The package includes 16 high-performance stock cars, pit equipment, race-day infrastructure and spare parts, marking an expansion for the Statesville, North Carolina–based manufacturer.
