RallyX Americas Relaunches for 2026

Submitted by ajh on Tue, 12/16/2025 - 14:31
RallyX Americas

RallyX Americas is relaunching in North America in 2026 with a five-class program for the rallycross series. The schedule includes six races at three venues across the United States and Canada, plus two additional invitational events.

The six scheduled events will be held at Crandon International Raceway in Crandon, Wisconsin, Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, and Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada.

"We're thrilled to return the sport of rallycross to a high level in America with the creation of RallyX Americas," said Founder Andreas Eriksson. "We couldn't be more excited to work with three of the best race tracks and promoters in America to create a stable set of events that will help us grow the sport. We look forward to welcoming a broad slate of professional and grassroots race teams alike to our events, and we can't wait to throw the first green flag at Crandon in June."

All RallyX Americas events will feature live streaming, as the series' European events do. More information on live streaming will be made available closer to the start of the season.

Five classes are set to compete in the inaugural RallyX Americas season:

  • FC1 will feature purpose-built, 1,088-hp AWD electric machines equipped with a 120-dB sound kit by Kicker Audio and sound designed by Borla.
  • FC2 offers Supercar-style rallycross back to America, with 550-hp AWD machines that have proven themselves on both sides of the Atlantic.
  • Open 2WD returns top-level two-wheel drive rallycross to the United States and Canada. With a relatively free set of regulations, drivers with existing 2WD rally, road racing and drift cars could be eligible.
  • Cross Car and Cross Car Junior give drivers as young as 12 years old the opportunity to race in a major professional series. With agile RWD cross cars like the First Corner FC5--producing up to 150 hp in a lightweight package--these machines are a low-cost entry point for young drivers to hone their skills on their way up RallyX's traditional-styled ladder.

Additional guest classes may be included at select RallyX Americas events pending demand.
