The United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) has announced the annual USMTS awards banquet is set for Saturday, January 27, 2017, at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.

Headlining the honorees, Jason Hughes of Watts, Okla., will be celebrated for capturing the 2017 USMTS National Championship—his third straight and fourth overall—following a wild USMTS Hunt for the Casey’s Cup powered by S&S Fishing & Rental.

A joint effort for both the USMTS and the United States Racing Association (USRA), the evening will feature an awards ceremony and a "luxurious" dinner, along with a cash bar. Tickets for the event go on sale in November.
