HOT ROD Drag Week To Visit Four Tracks In September
Image

For the first time, the HOT ROD Drag Week will visit four premier tracks during the five-day event set for September 8–13, 2019.
HOT ROD will crown the 2019 “Fastest Street Car in America” during the 15th annual HOT ROD Drag Week presented by Gear Vendors Under/Overdrive, which puts competitors to a grueling test over five days of drag racing and requires drivers to travel upward of 1,000 miles on a specified route from city to city.
“HOT ROD Drag Week is the ultimate torture test of drivers and their machines, and each year the cars get quicker and faster,” HOT ROD Editor-in-Chief John McGann said. “We are at a set of brand new tracks this year and can’t wait to see who survives the challenge.”
Fans will be able to tune into Drag Week on September 9-13, via live stream programming on the MotorTrend App.
While participant registration is waitlist-only, spectator tickets will be available at each track. For more information, visit hotrod.com/events/drag-week.
