Mustang Week has announced a "FUN RUN" autocross event as a part of its week-long festivities honoring the ever-popular Pony car, September 4-9 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The FUN RUN, sponsored by BFGoodrich and Steeda, will be hosted at the legendary Darlington Dragway in Hartsville, South Carolina, on September 7.

Mustang Week has collaborated with the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) to design and help oversee the autocross event--including managing timing, tech inspection, the course layout and more. South Carolina Region Members of SCCA will be on site to support the participants with access to instructors.

Event sponsor BFGoodrich will offer a 50% rebate on a set of four tires to the fastest female driver, while Steeda will feature ride-alongs and product exhibitions, along with a $250 gift card prize for the fastest woman driver.
