Podium Club Track at Attesa Approved for SCCA Racing

The Podium Club, a 2.32-mile road racing circuit in Casa Grande, Arizona, has been sanctioned by the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) to host local, regional and national racing events and high-performance driving events (HPDE).

"This was an easy approval," said Jim Cantrell, Regional Executive for SCCA's Arizona Region. "The track has nine different configurations, plenty of runoff room, a smooth surface. Curbing is right. It's got a huge paddock, big enough for us to run autocross, and an ideal location halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. Southern California and Las Vegas are close, too. We plan to visit the Podium Club a lot."

Arizona's newest road course, open since December 2021, will host the first annual Copperstate 10 enduro event on October 14.

In SCCA news, registration has opened for the 2023 SCCA National Championship Runoffs contingency programs from brands like Hawk Performance, Sunoco and more. Additional details can be found in the SCCA announcement.
