Meyer Distributing, Inc, the marketer and distributor of automotive specialty products, has announced the acquisition of Automotive Distributing Company (ADC) based in Pennsylvania.

ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, allowing increased service levels throughout the Northeast. Meyer also announced the company is currently hiring sales and purchasing positions.

“We have been looking to expand our relationships in the Northeast,” Meyer Distributing CEO Jeff Braun said. “ADC provides a great opportunity to increase coverage and improve customer service with employees [who have] lots of experience in the automotive aftermarket. We’re hiring for sales and purchasing positions there currently. We will continue to look for distribution and acquisition opportunities in our automotive, lifestyle, and janitorial/sanitation businesses.”
