Perris Auto Speedway, located in Perris, California, has announced that the 30-lap main event at the August 16 California Racers Hall of Fame Night will be known as the "Brother Brett Classic."

The newly named event honors "Brother" Brett Taylor--a fan, track worker, and well-known figure at Perris Auto Speedway and Ventura Raceway--who passed away on March 18.
