BorgWarner Announces New Chief Accounting Officer

BorgWarner has announced that Amy Kulikowski has been appointed vice president and chief accounting officer. She reports directly to Craig Aaron, chief financial officer. 

Kulikowski joins BorgWarner with more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, most recently with Cooper-Standard Holdings Inc. as its chief accounting officer. Kulikowski is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

In additional company news, BorgWarner has also announced its partnership with Manufacture 2030, a decarbonization software provider, to effectively measure and reduce its supply chain carbon footprint and support its goal of reducing absolute Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions 25% by 2030.
