Marx Buscemi Eisbrenner Group (MBE Group), a marketing communications agency serving the automotive, mobility, trucking, tech and consumer goods industries, has hired Bianca Shepse and Sydney Croft as account executives.

Shepse and Croft will lead client initiatives through digital marketing, brand strategy, event coordination, social media and media relations activities. They will be based out of the company's new headquarters in Troy, Michigan.

Shepse joins MBE Group after spending more than five years developing and executing marketing and communications strategies for small businesses. Most recently, she was a digital marketing manager and event coordinator for an event management company.

Croft, meanwhile, most recently held the role of a senior analytics digital consultant for automotive OEMs and dealerships, including brands like Jaguar Land Rover.
