Parella Motorsports, the owner and operator of the SpeedTour series of racing events, has acquired Racing America, the digital motorsports media platform offering live streaming, original content and year-round coverage of amateur and stock-car adjacent racing.

The acquisition unites the live-event operator with the digital content and distribution platform, which will operate under the Racing America brand. The combined company will be headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
