Rapson Performance Group Acquires Katech Engineering
Rapson Performance Group has acquired Clinton Township, Michigan-based Katech Engineering from Enginuity Power Systems, the companies announced.
Katech Engineering is an engine- and vehicle-building firm founded in 1977, powering efforts across multiple series and disciplines, including IMSA and Le Mans sportscar racing, Indy car, off-road racing and more.
