National Speedway Directory announced new speakers and topics for its annual Race Track Business Conference (RTBC2015), held in conjunction with the Performance Racing Industry Trade Show, December 9, at the Indiana Convention Center.
The topic of driver development has been added to the agenda, discussing what really matters—talent or money. Attendees will also learn about who is responsible for moving drivers up the ladder—series, manufacturers, or teams—among other things.
The panel speakers for driver development include Dan Andersen, CEO, Andersen Promotions; John Doonan, Director, Mazda Motorsports; Julia Landauer; and Mike Lewis, Senior Vice President, Don Schumacher Racing.
Another newly added topic is oval tracks: the core of the weekly show, what’s working for the fans at the front gate, secrets of successfully prepping dirt tracks, and more. Slated to discuss this topic are Gary Risch, General Manager, Lernerville Speedway; Dan Robinson, General Manager, Lucas Oil Raceway; and Brett Root, President, IMCA.
The cost to attend RTBC-2015 is $250. This cost includes lunch and admission to the PRI Trade Show.
