The three free virtual sessions will walk participants through every stage of the exhibiting process--from booth planning and key deadlines to onsite logistics and best practices--helping companies maximize their investment and arrive at the PRI Show fully prepared.

Session 1 - First Lap: Getting Started
Tuesday, August 11, at 2:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. PT

Designed for first-time exhibitors and anyone needing a refresher on the basics of hosting a booth at the PRI Show.

Session 2 - In the Shop: Booth Planning & Preparation (Co-Hosted with Fern Expo)

Session 3 - Show Ready: Onsite Logistics & Safety (Co-Hosted with Protection Plus)
Tuesday, November 17, at 2:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. PT

Preparing your team for a smooth move-in, Show week, and move-out experience.

• Move-in and move-out procedures.
• Parking and marshaling yard information.

To participate, exhibitors must submit a completed exhibit space rental agreement (ESRA) to receive an email invitation a week prior to each event.
