AFCO Performance Group--with brands DeWitts, Dynatech, Longacre Racing Products and PRO Shocks--has announced its acquisition of Custom Dynamics in Youngsville, North Carolina, primarily a supplier of aftermarket motorcycle lighting and electrical components that also offers side-by-side and UTV accessories and components.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
