Two New Illinois Ovals Added To Honda Midwest Ignite Slate

A pair of Illinois ovals have been added to the 2013 Honda Midwest Ignite Dirt Midget calendar.
Kankakee County Speedway will host the series on Friday night, September 6, and Macon Speedway is the Saturday night, September 7 venue.
USAC’s last race at Macon found Brad Kuhn winning a Midget race there in 2007. It’s been 40 years since USAC’s late Kankakee appearance, a 1973 Midget race won by Pancho Carter.
Neither track has previously hosted the Ignite Midgets.
