The AAM Group, the distribution group based in Piney Flats, Tennessee, has hired Josh Lubitz as its new supplier relations leader.

In his new role, Lubitz will be working with the supplier relations team to help better serve group members and suppliers, while simultaneously growing sales, according to the company.

Lubitz has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry across multiple segments, including retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing. He began his career in retail at a truck accessory shop before transitioning into wholesale distribution. Lubitz has also served as an independent manufacturer's representative and later went on to hold roles at industry companies such as Rhino-Rack, WeatherTech, Bestop and Leer.

In addition, the AAM Group has also added Larry Lyon as the director of Business Development.

Lyon brings nearly two decades of experience in the automotive aftermarket, beginning his career at Bestop, where he spent 18 years contributing across all facets of sales, eventually becoming the National Sales Manager. In 2022, he joined APG/Premier Performance in a new business development role that evolved into Senior Director of Purchasing and Portfolio.
