Motovicity Distribution, an automotive performance aftermarket distributor, is announcing the addition of FedEx SmartPost as a shipping option for its customers.

The addition of FedEx SmartPost provides Motovicity customers with a new low-cost shipping option by taking advantage of FedEx’s partnership with the United States Postal Service. When customers select FedEx SmartPost as their shipping choice, products will be picked up by FedEx and delivered to the final recipient’s local post office. From there, the USPS will deliver the package to the customer.

The new delivery method offers Motovicity customers significant savings on shipping when having smaller, low-weight packages delivered or when having orders drop-shipped to its customers. Because USPS also delivers on Saturday, this also provides the opportunity for Saturday delivery in some cases without an extra charge.
