SCORE International has named Daniel Gonzalez as the technical director for UTV classes, beginning with the 57th SCORE Baja 500.

An experienced UTV driver and team manager, Gonzalez will ensure the off-road racing organization's rules are clear for each class and will assist UTV drivers during each race of the 2025 SCORE World Desert Championship.

His role will support SCORE's technical directors, Dan Cornwell and Federico Montes. Duties will include conducting technical inspection for the variety of UTV classes at each SCORE International race for the remainder of the 2025 SCORE World Desert Championship.
