The National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) has put its long-standing corporate offices in Southern California up for sale. A listing for the Glendora, California headquarters at 2035 E Financial Way can be found on the Colliers commercial real estate company website

The sale has been confirmed by NHRA Vice President of Communications Jeffrey Young, who noted that the sanctioning body will not relocate its headquarters, but instead split operations between Glendora and its offices located near Indianapolis, Indiana, on the property of Lucas Oil Raceway.

“We are re-evaluating our office space needs based on what we have learned through the pandemic. We will still maintain a headquarters in Glendora as well as our current office space in Indianapolis,” Young said.

Some NHRA personnel have already transitioned to Indianapolis, while other executives will remain in California.

The two-story “flex” building features over 28,000-square-feet, including 5,000-sq.ft. of warehouse space and an office area. The building sits on 1.65 acres of land overlooking the San Gabriel Mountains and the Glendora Country Club.

The listing states the seller is willing to lease back half of the building for short- or long-term, giving the NHRA the option to remain at the location for an undisclosed period of time.
