Porsche has opened new headquarters for its factory Esports team near Cologne, Germany.

The Porsche Esports Performance Center, where the team will contest its online races, accommodates six professional racing simulators and an attached workstation for the team's performance engineer. The facility also includes additional open workspaces, a meeting room, a fitness and chill-out zone and a show car area.

The Esports factory team is the third factory-run motorsport squad from Porsche, alongside the Porsche Penske Motorsport sports car team and the Porsche Formula E team.

Additionally, Porsche recently became the official car of WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in Monterey, California.

As part of the new partnership, a Porsche Driving Center will also launch at the raceway in 2026. Customers will be able to participate in and choose from introductory courses, which start with the basics of car control, through intermediate and advanced training for those seeking to sharpen existing skills.
