High Performance Manufacturing has acquired Moscow Mills, Missouri-based drag-racing chassis and components manufacturer Jerry Bickel Race Cars (JBRC).

According to an announcement made on the company's Facebook page, JBRC will continue operating under the JBRC brand to produce chassis and components for a variety of classes.

"JBRC will continue operating under the same trusted name, with the same commitment to performance, precision and customer service that has defined our reputation in the drag racing industry," the company said in a statement. "This transition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter focused on strengthening our legacy, expanding our capabilities and continuing to support racers at every level."
