Hotchkis Performance East Names New Director Of Business Development

Jeff Tutino has been added as the Director of Business Development for Hotchkis Performance East in Mooresville, North Carolina, which aims to continue the growth of its East Coast presence and drive continued new business with consumers and racing organizations.
“He brings a wealth of sales and product knowledge from the racing and performance aftermarket business and will be concentrating on Hotchkis Performance East’s business development and Hotchkis Sport Suspension sales," said Hotchkis President John Hotchkis, Jr. "We have a team of terrific fabricators and craftsman at HPE, and Jeff will be pursuing business opportunities in the specialty fabrication, suspension installation, and high-end restoration and vehicle improvement categories.”
Tutino’s 25-year career in the automotive aftermarket and racing industry started in the mid-1990s when he and his family moved to North Carolina to pursue his passion of racing and performance.
Working as an independent contractor, Jeff took on the sales and marketing efforts of two companies, Tanner Racing Products and FLUIDYNE Racing Products, where, within three seasons, Tutino had positioned both Tanner and FLUIDYNE to dominate the three professional categories of NASCAR.
Tutino later joined FLUIDYNE High Performance as its National Brand Manager, before heading over to C&R Racing in 2005 to help build its drivetrain and cooling technology business, and eventually introduced C&R’s racing products to the street performance market.
Tutino will be working with Hotchkis Performance East Vice President Kevin Bryde and President John Hotchkis, Jr. to identify and bid new business opportunities, including complete customer car builds, component fabrication, and specialized material welding for both retail and wholesale customers, as well as high-end automotive repair and performance product installations.
