Women pursuing careers in motorsports, plus female college students and recent graduates, have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of professional racing through this year's "Electrify Your Career in Motorsports" program, hosted by the Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) in partnership with Bosch.

The immersive experience is designed to introduce participants to real-world career paths in the racing industry through hands-on learning, mentorship and direct access to industry professionals.

The program will take place during three major race events in 2026:

• Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach (Long Beach, California), April 17-18
• Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear (Detroit, Michigan), May 29-30
• Bank of America ROVAL 400 (Charlotte, North Carolina), October 9-10

During each event, which takes place Friday morning through Saturday afternoon, attendees will receive:

• A hands-on career development workshop.
• Exclusive garage and track tours.
• Direct access to team leaders, engineers, strategists, marketing and PR professionals, and drivers.
• Real conversations about how careers begin and grow in motorsports.
• Meaningful networking inside the paddock and garage areas.
• Refreshments including water, coffee, light breakfast and lunch.
