Brenton Productions Partners With MAVTV
Frank McGonagle, chairman of Brenton Productions commented, “We have been looking for a network partner that serves the racing and automotive enthusiast markets. There has been a void in the space for over a year and the team at MAVTV has the knowledge and programming line up that serves the market and eliminates that motorsports programming vacuum. We are very pleased and excited to partner with MAVTV to distribute our programming. Consistent air times are very important to our clients and we will be able to provide that with our partners at MAV.”
Jason Patison, director of programming for MAVTV says, "MAVTV is proud to announce the addition of Two Guys Garage to our programming line-up. Their entertaining and well-produced content is a perfect fit for our network, and I am confident our viewers will tune in every week to catch the all new episodes."
McGonagle launched Brenton Television Productions 21 years ago with Shadetree Mechanic, the first how-to automotive series, on TNN (now Spike TV.) Prior to founding Brenton Productions in 1992, McGonagle spent 28 years as vice president of marketing at Honeywell’s automotive division responsible for Fram filters, Autolite spark plugs and Bendix brakes. McGonagle was the driving force behind the famous Fram filter commercial tag line: “You Can Pay Me Now or You Can Pay Me Later.”
