The Performance Racing Industry Show is the one place where the entire motorsports world piles into the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium and tries to outdo itself. Race teams, engine builders, fabricators, tuners, parts manufacturers, machine shops, and hardcore enthusiasts show up with their latest ideas and the hardware to back them up. PRI is not about shiny paint or car-show vibes.

The show's primary focus is on engineering, repeatability, and solving the problems that slow cars down or keep them from finishing races, as well as promoting networking and business throughout the various segments of motorsports.

One of the event's most important areas is the Featured Products Showcase. Like the New Products Showcase at SEMA, it's the first stop that HOT ROD senior editor KJ Jones makes every year. The parts in that display give a clear look at where the industry is going. Several of the standouts in this story were first spotted there. The Featured Products Showcase provides an up-close look at the innovation, problem-solving, and creativity that drive racing forward.

Race-only parts. Street-performance parts. Tools. Machinery. Data systems. Cooling. Drivetrain. Electronics. Everything tied to making power and getting down or around the track is on display at PRI. At the end of the day, you could spend three days in Indy and still miss something important, which is why these 25 pieces really matter.

Some of this hardware is already on the market. Some will drop by 2026. All of it represents where motorsports is going. If there's one takeaway from PRI 2025, it's that the racers, builders, tuners, and engineers behind this industry are not backing off. The next wave of performance is already here.
