  • Complimentary classroom or theater style seating to accommodate approximately 50 guests.

order by date and time of receipt of application.

Exhibitor Seminar Guidelines

Scheduling

Hourly time slots are available Tuesday, December 4, through Saturday, December 8, 2018, during the following times: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Meeting rooms are reserved in 60-minute increments that begin on the hour with 45 minutes allotted for presentation and 15 minutes allotted for set-up and tear-down.

Please Note: Exhibitor-sponsored seminars will be blacked out from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for Show "power hours" to encourage attendees to conduct business on the PRI Show floor.

Space Assignment Policies

Exhibitor-sponsored seminar space is available to PRI Show Exhibitors only. Exhibitors MAY NOT sublet rooms to other companies.

Exhibitor is responsible to order and pay for any required audio/visual equipment through the official contractor, Prestige Audio Visual, at atuck@prestigeav.com or 513.641.1600.

Catering service is available for order through the official contractor, Centerplate. Contact Shari Bridger at shari.bridger@centerplate.com or 317.262.3500.

Exhibitors using music in their meeting room, either live or mechanical, must provide PRI with a copy of Exhibitor’s licensing agreement with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or other such licensing organization or must expressly warrant in writing to PRI that no such license is required due to exemption under 17 U.S.C. § 110 (5) or other specified exemption. Further, should Exhibitor play music, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold PRI harmless from any action brought against PRI by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or other licensing organization for the playing of such music.

Set-Up and Tear-Down

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to properly set up and tear down equipment and displays within the time allotted without interruption to the next session. Meeting rooms are reserved in 60-minute increments that begin on the hour with 45 minutes allotted for presentation and 15 minutes allotted for both set-up and tear-down. Exhibitors must remove all equipment, merchandise, displays and other related material from the meeting rooms immediately following their session. PRI Show Management is not responsible for securing items in the meeting rooms.

Liability Exclusion

PRI Show Management is not liable to the exhibitor, its representatives or employees for any loss or damage to property due to theft, fire, accident or any other cause.

Fees For Seminars

Show Management encourages free seminar meetings. If you wish to charge attendees a fee to attend your seminar, the pricing information MUST be included in the exhibitor-sponsored seminar application.
