Oswego, a historic paved, half-mile track 35 miles north of Syracuse, will be covered with dirt for the first time since 1952. The move was announced Thursday afternoon by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo and later confirmed by DIRTcar Racing CEO Brian Carter.
