Viking Blast & Wash Systems announces the release of its newly redesigned tumble belt blast machine in the fleet of Industrial Blast machines, the 12 cubic foot, model 1200. The latest version incorporates changes to the loader and discharge belt options that make it more durable heavy duty and foundry operations. The increased options lineup make the 1200 a more versatile machine providing wider applications to the many industries served. This new 1200 has a smaller footprint by the integration of the media lift system and the elimination of the auger, which lowers overall maintenance cost and improving component accessibility. The unique repositioning of the 25-HP VKPowerMax series blast wheel optimizes the blast pattern to make most efficient use of wheel performance. The drum heads and side liners are manganese alloy as standard and easily serviced. Other optional features are, rotary scalping drum for removing debris from blast media, loader, take away belt, and auxiliary abrasive hopper. Front bucket loaders and custom unloading conveyors are common options for the 1200. Peening requirements are satisfied with optional variable speed blast wheel control, electro magnetic abrasive control valve and classifier as well as optional PLC and touch screen for pre-programmed, recorded, part specific recipes. All Viking cartridge style dust collectors are sold with NFPA required deflagration panels as standard. Viking Blast & Wash Systems offers industrial cleaning solutions for all sizes and shapes of metal parts.

Speedway’s Lightweight Spring and Puck Pull Bar uses a three-stage design that offers the best features of both spring- and bushing-style pull bars. The first stage utilizes a soft 4-inch spring (sold separately) that provides a soft initial rate, allowing the car to hook up better. The spring rate increases as the bar compresses, engaging the pucks to work in unison with the spring. The resulting progressive spring rate helps maintain traction and apply torque, increasing corner exit speed. Additionally, the brake puck is mounted on its own shaft, allowing you to tune the brake side for improved corner entry. The innovative puck-and-washer system makes Speedway’s Lightweight Spring and Puck Pull Bar tunable and long lasting. Plus, the bar’s lightweight, compact construction minimizes cockpit clearance problems and reduces weight by up to 7 lbs.

New Eibach Elite Series Springs for the dirt and pavement circle track market. This spring series utilizes the same high tensile strength wire technology that is used in our Platinum series rear springs for the NASCAR Sprint Cup series, and with its slight Barrel design, it allows for additional clearances for lock out devices and is made to have excellent stacking capability. This technology delivers where you need it most: reduced unsprung weight, maximum travel and race-winning performance that lasts.

Features include:

• Ultra lightweight for reduced unsprung mass.
• Maximum travel in combination with the smallest block heights.
• Lowest side loads with load center ideally located.
• Relative to the spring axis.
• Precision tolerances.
• Each spring individually tested and rated.
• Lifetime warranty.
