What are the dates of the PRI Trade Show?

The 2014 PRI Trade Show will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, December 11 - 13, 2014, in the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.


Can anybody attend?

It's trade only, so you must prove you own, manage or represent a racing business or professional race team. Race fans are not admitted.


Does it cost to attend?

There is no charge for attending buyers, however there's a $500 fee for non-exhibiting manufacturers/service providers.


Is there still exhibit space available?

Yes. Exhibiting companies should take advantage of every marketing and promotion opportunity by reserving their exhibit space early. For more information contact your PRI sales representative.


How big is the PRI Trade Show?

1,100 exhibiting companies in 3,000 booths. It is attended by more than 48,000 racing professionals from 72 countries. Buyers will appreciate the ease with which they can shop the PRI Trade Show. Where are the best hotels? Are they expensive?

How can I avoid extra drayage costs?

Send smaller packages via UPS, FedEx, etc, to your hotel, not the convention center, to eliminate extra drayage and delivery costs from the decorator.


Can I move in/move out my own booth materials?

An exhibitor may utilize rolling carts and casters, hand dollies and push carts to reduce forklift costs from the decorator.


When is the deadline to cancel my hotel reservation?

The deadline to cancel reservations is 3 days prior to your arrival.


Why should I make my exhibit booth service requests early?

Take advantage of the pre-show savings when you order early.


How do I order Exhibitor Credentials?

Please refer to the Exhibitor Forms page, fill out online, or print out and complete the form, and then fax or mail it to PRI.


Where do I pick up my badges?

All exhibitor credential order forms received by the November 28 deadline will be sent via UPS to the exhibiting company address. All forms received after the deadline must be picked up on site at the show.


How do I get in touch with the press attending the PRI Trade Show?

Trade and consumer media attend the PRI Trade Show, so make sure they know you are there. Bring your media kits for display in the Media Center on the show floor.


Can I breakdown my booth prior to the close of the show?

The PRI Trade Show ends on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. Any exhibitor that begins breaking down their booth prior to 4:00 p.m. will impose a penalty by PRI Management.


What time can exhibitors enter the exhibit hall prior to opening of the show day?

Thursday – 7:00 am (unless cleared by PRI Show Management)
Friday – 8:00 am
Saturday – 8:00 am


Where can I ship something or get copies made?

There is a FedEx Kinko’s Business Center located in the South Concourse lobby. All shipment types are available: FedEx UPS, etc.


What should I do in case of a medical emergency?

Please notify Trade Show Management or security, or dial 911.
