Yes. With 1,000,000 square feet of Orlando's North/South Building of the Orange County Convention Center available, there's still room for additional exhibits, as well as exhibit expansion. 1,000,000 square feet. 1,450 companies exhibit in 4,200 booths. It is attended by 45,000 racing business people from 50 countries. Buyers will appreciate the ease with which they can shop the PRI Trade Show. Located in same, state-of-the-art Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, all of the exhibits are in one hall, on one floor. Plan to spend all three days. Orlando International Airport generally offers fliers more convenient flight schedules, and more affordable fares than virtually any destination in the U.S. The airport is only a 20-minute cab ride from the Convention Center.

While all show hotels in Orlando are located less than 2 miles from the Convention Center, the PRI Trade Show team has implemented an extensive shuttle bus system with easy-to-find shuttle bus stops, frequent arrivals of shuttle buses and plenty of comfortable seats available upon the arrival of every bus.

Please note that children under 18 will NOT be permitted to enter the Show. According to the OCCC and Fire Marshal rules and regulations, no one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor during move in and move out.

During show days, no one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor. Child care is available through Kiddie Corp. For more information please refer to the Child Care page.

Send smaller packages via UPS, FedEx, etc, to your hotel, not the convention center, to eliminate extra drayage and delivery costs from the decorator.

An exhibitor may utilize rolling carts and casters, hand dollies and push carts to reduce forklift costs from the decorator.

All exhibitor credential order forms received by the November 9th deadline will be sent via UPS to the exhibiting company address. All forms received after the deadline must be picked up on site at the show.

Trade and consumer media attend the PRI Trade Show, so make sure they know you are there. Bring your media kits for display in the Press Room located on the show floor in the back of the 400 aisle. Please ask for Pete Evanow of PRI.

The PRI Trade Show ends at 5:00 p.m. Any exhibitor that begins breaking down their booth prior to 5:00 p.m. will impose a penalty by PRI Management.
