Please submit the following form to request a meeting room at the 2013 PRI Trade Show.
All requests for meeting rooms will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, based on room availability.
The deadline for all requests is August 30, 2013.
Seminar/Meeting Room/Banquet requests received by August 30, 2013 will be listed in the PRI November Show Issue, PRI events program, and on-site show signage.

Seminar/Meeting Room/Banquet Guidelines:
Exhibitor-sponsored seminars may not be scheduled during official PRI Trade Show events.
Exhibitor will be financially responsible for all other seminar elements (i.e. audio/visual, food and beverage and security).
The public address system may not be used to announce seminars.
