The winningest crew chief in NASCAR history is going to share his favorite racing stories about the early NASCAR days as well as offer some great insight about working with Lee and Richard Petty.
Join your industry friends at this exciting, annual kick-off event for the PRI Trade Show. Dale Inman, longtime legendary crew chief for Richard Petty, compiled nearly 200 wins managing the famous #43 NASCAR Cup car--by far the most wins in NASCAR history.
As Petty's pit boss for nearly three decades, Inman and Petty won seven Winston Cup championships. Soon after winning the 1981 Daytona 500, Inman left Petty Enterprises, going on to capture another championship in 1984 and several more wins with Terry Labonte.
Inman retired from racing at the end of the 1998 season. During his time away from the sport, he added his assistance to starting the Victory Junction Gang Camp, which was founded by Kyle and Pattie Petty, in honor of their son Adam.
