FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

There will be no PRI Sprint & Midget Classic race in 2009.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — From 2005 through 2007, the PRI Sprint & Midget Classic provided thousands of attendees and exhibitors a fun industry event on Friday nights. Several options have been explored by the race organizers, who also produce the PRI Trade Show. PRI was looking to expand the event in several ways, including the possibility of a new location. However, several key options proved unavailable, and it was decided that it would be better not to book the race this year.

The PRI Trade Show is the world’s largest racing trade show, and is being held December 10-12, 2009, in the North/South Building of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The Show features exhibits by over 1,200 companies, with 40,000 racing industry entrepreneurs in attendance from 60 countries.
