ProPledge is a dynamic customer service initiative designed to improve the participant, fan, and sponsor experience at all ProMedia-produced motorsport events. Recognizing the critical importance of a positive experience for all customers, ProMedia is reinforcing constant, high quality customer service at all levels.
“If a racer, fan, or sponsor ever has an issue at one of our events, we guarantee we will try to resolve it to their satisfaction,” said Wolcott. “We just produced our first event at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, and I was blown away by the customer service the Bader family guarantees their customers. Our new friendship with the Bader family inspired our ProPledge program, which will further enhance our customer’s experience.”
