This is part of an enhanced customer service area that offers faster RFQ and order placement, easy order tracking, automated return authorizations, and warranty information, as well as inviting customer feedback.
       
For example, the RFQ system now has pre-populated fields that allow people seeking a quotation for a dot peen system to specify window size and pin size without any typing. They can also upload files of the part drawings they need quoted (using a password and log-in) instead of mailing or shipping the drawings.
