In an effort to increase the quality of racing, Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) will apply an adhesive substance to its upper groove in all four turns in advance of this weekend’s national touring races at the 1.5-mile track.

The 51st annual award presented by BorgWarner has been presented to PFC Brakes for its PFC carbon disc brake system. Founder Don Burgoon (1955-2015) received the award posthumously along with the rest of the team at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
