This is the fourth time that Rogers, shown here with his wife Teresa, the track's co-owner, has earned the honor, which puts him in the running for the prestigious Auto Racing Promoter of the Year award.
The entire program will be highlighted by a renewed commitment to sportsman drag racing, as sponsor Summit Racing Equipment recently signed a multi-year deal to return as sponsor.
Todd “King Tut” Tutterow of WYO Motorsports, a legendary tuner and driver in the drag racing world, will be heading up the three‐driver, four‐car team.
The Coors Light Super Bullet Series will kick off April 27, 2013, and all feature events will be 75 laps, with qualifying and heat races; each feature event will also pay $10 per lap to the race leader.
Guest speakers also include Gray Garrison (Bowman Gray Stadium), Tim Christman (World of Outlaws Series Director) and Harold Crook (Lonesome Pine Speedway).
